Accessibility

Semantic markup, keyboard navigation, responsive design and readable contrast are part of the static site design.

Current implementation

Pages use semantic headings, a skip link, keyboard-operable navigation and filtering controls, labeled search and reduced-motion settings. The archive atlas has a text-based location list and direct map links in addition to its SVG locator.

Known constraints

The SVG atlas is a contextual visualization, not a replacement for the accessible text list. Complex comparison tools also provide explanatory text and linked sources. Full assistive-technology and cross-browser audits remain ongoing.

Report a barrier

Identify the affected page, device or browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the task that failed. The owner can prioritize a specific reproducible issue.
